1.1 Respect & Professionalism

All participants, spectators, and mentors are expected to treat organizers, judges, venue staff, and fellow delegates with utmost respect at all times, both in person and across all event digital platforms.

1.2 Integrity & Originality

Plagiarism, intellectual property theft, or the use of pre-written code/materials created prior to the event (unless explicitly allowed by track rules) will result in immediate disqualification.

1.3 Inclusivity & Safe Space

Proplr is committed to an inclusive, safe environment. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or offensive language based on background, identity, or ability is strictly prohibited.

1.4 Attendance & Punctuality

Participants must adhere strictly to the official event schedule. Arriving late to scheduled presentations, mock trials, pitch rounds, or evaluation sessions is strictly unpermitted and subject to penalty.

2.1 Presentation Etiquette

Maintain a high standard of academic integrity, time management, and professional decorum during all presentations, live demonstrations, cross-examinations, and Q&A sessions.

2.2 Fictional Context & Simulation Disclaimer

All case packets, datasets, scenarios, witness statements, evidence, legal arguments, synthetic profiles, and healthcare/technical models presented throughout the event are entirely fictional and created solely for competition purposes.

They do not represent real-world legal proceedings, live medical guidance, clinical advice, actual individuals, or real-world entities.

3.1 Reporting Procedure

Any violation or suspected breach of these guidelines should be reported directly and promptly to designated Event Leads or Coordinators.

3.2 Penalties & Disciplinary Action

Event organizers reserve the right to issue formal warnings, deduct score points, or execute immediate disqualification and removal of individuals or teams from the venue depending on the severity of the infraction.
